We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved refunds are issued as a Makhmal Credit Voucher, valid for 6 months.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier companies. Orders usually arrive in 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Customized and out-of-stock items may take longer.
A PKR 500 advance is required on all orders, paid to the official Makhmal account. The remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery. Our team will contact you after you place your order to confirm it and share the delivery time.
