Shipping Policy

Payment Terms

We charge an advance payment of PKR 500 on all orders. The advance must be paid only to the official Makhmal account below. Your order will be confirmed and processed once the advance payment is received. The remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery within Pakistan.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment must be made only to the official Makhmal account above. Makhmal is not responsible for payments sent to any other account.
  • Orders without the advance payment will not be processed.
  • Custom duties or any other taxes applicable on imported products will be payable by the customer (the importer).

Delivery Terms

We have partnered with some of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies, with a wide delivery network, for shipping. Orders take around 4 to 7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.

The shipping time for customized and out-of-stock products may be longer.

A Makhmal team member will contact you after your order is placed and keep you updated on the approximate shipping time.

Outlier Locations

Although we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies, we are limited by their coverage. If your address is in a location they do not serve, we will contact you and do our best to find another way to get your order to you.
