We offer a refund or exchange only if your product arrives damaged. Please record an unboxing video that starts before you open the parcel and shows the courier label, then send it with your order number to us on WhatsApp at +92 332 6254625 within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved refunds are issued as a Makhmal Credit Voucher, valid for 6 months.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier companies. Orders usually arrive in 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Customized and out-of-stock items may take longer.
A PKR 500 advance is required on all orders, paid to the official Makhmal account. The remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery. Our team will contact you after you place your order to confirm it and share the delivery time.
